Concierge In-Home and Virtual Sick Visits

When you or your children are sick it can be stressful to think of making a visit to urgent care. With House Call HealthCare you don't have to! We offer in-home healthcare for most of your urgent care needs. The exception is that we do not perform stitches or provide services for broken bones but we cover almost everything else! The online booking tool allows for convenient online scheduling. *We do not accept insurance, including Medicare, but do accept HSA/FSA.

House Call

In-home visit by a Family Nurse Practitioner.

We can diagnose and prescribe treatment for influenza, strep throat, pink eye, sinus infections, bladder infections, ear infections, viral infections, COVID-19, cold symptoms etc.

**BioFire Respiratory Panel available. One swab screens for 22 different respiratory pathogens. $125.00/swab available during a HouseCall. Same day results!

Telemedicine (Virtual Visits)

$125.00

Visits are done virtually utilizing a HIPPA compliant Spruce App. Many urgent care type medical symptoms can be diagnosed via telemedicine. Limitations do apply. Available for any patients in the state of Arizona.

Prescriptions for COVID-19 treatment available via telemedicine appointment.

Cryosurgery "Freezing"

$245.00

In-Home Cryosurgery or "freezing" is for the targeted removal of common warts, plantar warts, molluscum, seborrheic keratosis, and moles. This service is currently available for any lesions not on the face. Topical numbing cream available.

*Please note some lesions may require more than one visit.

Sports Physicals

In-home, mobile sports physicals for children.

Available for any patients in the Scottsdale, Desert Ridge, Cave Creek, Paradise Valley, and the NorthWest Valley.

*We do not have an EKG available - Please be sure your child does not need an EKG for their sports physical

Influenza Vaccinations

$100.00 +

Single Dose, Preservative Free, Quadrivalent Flu Shots available for ages 6 months to 64 years. Available Seasonally

Visit Fee $100.00 and $25.00 each vaccination.
