Membership pricing for in-home visits:

In-home sicks visits $100.00/visit 

Biofire Testing additional $100.00/test

Rapid Testing included in visit charge-strep, influenza etc. 

in-home Influenza Vaccinations $25.00 per vaccine

In-home sports physicals $50.00

Cryotherapy for wart removal: $100.00

IV Therapy for dehydration: $100.00

Yearly wellness checks/vaccinations/ screenings are recommended at your pediatrician

Adult memberships also receive unlimited telemedicine/virtual visits and large discounts on in-home visits.  Same in-home pricing as child membership. 

Adults will also receive primary care including  yearly in-home physical, covered under the monthly fee. Management of common conditions such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, and health care maintenance testing. 

Labwork/healthcare screenings covered by insurance or cash pay. *Mobile labwork available.

In-home appointments available Monday through Saturday.  

Telemedicine appointments available 7 days a week. 

Availability for appointments can be seen and are booked online under the membership link.  If you are needing a time outside of those hours please text for availability. 

To provide the highest care to membership patients, I am capping the practice to 60 families. I will potentially transition to a membership only model once at capacity.
