Yes. HouseCall Healthcare provides urgent care visits for both adults and children. Many families appreciate the convenience of having pediatric illnesses evaluated and treated at home.

We treat many common urgent care conditions including:

• Pediatric illnesses
• Sports physicals
• COVID, flu, and strep testing

If a condition requires emergency care, patients will be directed to the appropriate facility.

Telemedicine visits are available across Arizona.

I do not bill insurance and am not contracted with Medicare or Medicaid. Unfortunately, the amount I would receive from insurance does not even cover the business's basic expenses. However, I do accept HSA and FSA forms of payment. My practice is considered a concierge practice, and I am an out-of-network provider for all insurance groups. 

House Call HealthCare offers rapid testing for influenza, COVID, urine dip and strep.  I also offer BioFire/SpotFire testing, which screens for 22 different respiratory viruses/bacteria with results in about 2 hours.  *Additional fee for Biofire testing. 

House Call HealthCare offers seasonal influenza vaccinations, sports physicals, and primary care for adult concierge membership patients.  Adult primary care includes yearly lab testing (run through insurance), yearly health screening, and refills on all prescription medication (non-narcotic). 

Yes. HouseCall Healthcare offers medical weight loss programs that may include GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide when appropriate. These programs include medical supervision, guidance, and follow-up to help patients achieve sustainable weight loss.

Medical weight loss consultations are typically done through telemedicine, making it easy for patients across Arizona to access care and ongoing support.

If medically appropriate, GLP-1 medications may be prescribed as part of a comprehensive medical weight loss program. These medications help regulate appetite and support long-term weight management.
